​​I believe getting a haircut can make a world of difference in your mental health. I also understand that getting a haircut can be a luxury and can feel like a financial burden. My goal is to create accessibility to luxury services in our community. You never have to explain your reasons, my hope is that people will use this when they need it.

Who can book this service?** ANYONE! If getting a haircut feels like it is out of your budget at this time, please utilize this service.

Is there a minimum payment? Nope. No questions asked, pay what you can.

Can I book this service more than once? Absolutely. Use this service option whenever you need it.
Is this eligible for children? I ask that this service be used for children looking for an inclusive service. Please don't use this service as justification for a "kid's cut."

Policies:
As this is a unique offering, I am still working out the bugs with this service and its function.

To make sure my time is utilized to the best of its ability and to respect other clients booking, I require 24 hours notice for cancellation and rebooking. Less than 24 hours will result in a 50% rebooking fee based on regular service pricing. A no call, no show will result in 100% of the regular priced service. Multiple appointments missed may result in discontinuation of services. Rebooking fees due before approval of a new appointment. (Sickness exception, please cancel if you are sick, no fee!)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule which would result in a rebooking fee or a lesser service (no wash or style).
**All pay what you can appointments are subject to change. If a situation occurs where I feel I can no longer provide this service fairly, the client will be notified appropriately and be asked to pay regular prices or discontinue services with Haley Rae Hair and a referral stylist may be recommended.
